About the role

Partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support. Manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment. Aligns candidate skills and abilities, with openings, to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Post positions and manage the recruiting process
  • Review applicants and schedule interviews
  • Make candidate selections and prepare for pre-hire
  • Ensure candidates arrive on their first day of employment
  • Align candidate skills and abilities with job openings
  • Execute effective recruiting strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience
  • Knowledge in passive sourcing concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus
  • Talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization
