This role is designed for a strategic talent partner who thrives at the intersection of business partnership, talent strategy, and organizational impact. As part of the next evolution of our Aeronautics Sector Talent Acquisition organization, you will help lead the transformation from a high-performing recruiting function to a best-in-class strategic talent organization. This role is ideally based at one of our NG locations, but we’re open to considering remote candidates. On-site support and travel (20%) will be required as business needs permit.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a direct role in shaping the teams that design, build, and deliver technologies that protect and advance the world. Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting through offer (sourcing, screening, interview support, selection, and offer process).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business leaders, providing guidance on candidate evaluation, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct detailed strategy sessions to align on role requirements and set expectations of hiring timelines.
  • Educate hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, applicant motivations, and competitive pay packages—setting expectations grounded in data.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics as needed by TA and business leadership.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship development.
  • Assess candidates for technical capability, NG values, and mission alignment.
  • Ensure data integrity is aligned with our processes and procedures.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated TA Business Partner experience.
  • A strong ability to influence using data and talent market insights.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and staying current on recruiting trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and matrixed teams.

Pay

Primary level salary range: $62,100.00 - $113,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
