About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance our recruitment efforts. You will lead on talent acquisition and recruitment tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare or clinical research industry, with a focus on strategic recruitment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data analysis.
