About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate Recruiter facilitates recruitment to open positions, attracts and hires diverse, top talent. Services are delivered by working closely with hiring leaders to understand their business goals, objectives, and workforce needs. The role involves a combination of hands-on recruiting tasks, with a strong emphasis on optimizing workflow efficiency and ensuring high quality interactions with leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screenings and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture, advancing top candidates to hiring leaders.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters providing candidate processing and/or lead generation support for critical, hard-to-fill roles and or more highly visible roles.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and acceptance for on-going demand and or high-volume roles.
  • Conduct interviews, including participating in OnDemand (pre-recorded) interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws and regulations, and support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a High School diploma/GED and two years of professional work experience in a corporate environment required or a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Three years of recruitment/HR experience is preferred.
  • Must have computer experience and possess proficiency on technical office tools (Microsoft Office Suites, virtual meeting platforms, computer, phone system, etc.).
  • Preferred certification: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).

Compensation and Benefits

  • $64,188.80- $86,652.80/ year
  • Benefits Eligible: Yes

Schedule

  • Full Time
  • Hours/Pay Period: 80
  • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of a Mayo Clinic campus for onsite expectations approximately 2 days per week.
