Talent Acquisition Assistant (Multiple Offices)
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring shareholders, coordinating multiple interviews and locations when necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and recruiting agencies, providing clear and timely communication regarding interview details and logistics.
- Aid in completing necessary pre-hire screenings.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules, updating applicant tracking system and hiring shareholders on a consistent basis.
- Ensure that hiring actions follow established Talent Acquisition and Firm processes and procedures in an accurate and timely manner.
- Certain administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including working with hiring shareholders to post open positions.
- Provide meaningful contributions to special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of internal talent acquisition processes.
- Communicate professionally and develop positive relationships with candidates, professional recruiters and hiring shareholders. Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external constituencies.
- Aid in generating regular recruiting reports and providing statistics to Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with candidates, recruitment agencies, staff, managers and attorneys.
- Show strong organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail while attending to multiple tasks and processes.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (viRecruit preferred).
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Assistant coordinates the Firm’s lateral attorney and law student recruiting efforts. This is a remote position resident in Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Kansas City, Long Island, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Newark, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, St. Louis or Washington, DC.
Requirements
Minimum of one plus years of previous law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software. Experience with viRecruit preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Pay
The hourly salary range for this position is $27.88 to $36.82 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
