Talent Acquisition Assistant
This is an onsite position based in Sacramento, CA.
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support Interlingva's interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage efforts. This role combines candidate sourcing, administrative coordination, and communication, helping the Talent team find, screen, and onboard interpreters while keeping day-to-day recruitment operations running smoothly. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and poise
- Maintain candidate and interpreter databases and records in an organized, up-to-date manner
- Use social media and community research to locate candidates
- Work independently with sound judgment and collaboratively with the scheduling and HR teams
- Adapt to shifting priorities in a detail-oriented and dependable manner
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Requirements
- Experience with recruitment or sourcing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computerized scheduling or management systems
- Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette
- Bilingual preferred (English plus a second language)
