Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to identify materials needed for commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed takeoffs for bidding — accuracy and organization are key.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing teams, and architects to clarify project details.
- Help ensure our bids are complete, competitive, and on time.
- Play a vital role in supporting projects in our growing Tampa, FL market — all from right here in Green Bay, WI.
Requirements
- A detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with construction documents (experience is a plus!).
- A passion for teamwork and exceeding expectations.
- The drive to build a career in a fast-paced, growing industry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in construction or related field preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
