Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily preparation of bakery items for the Seven Feathers Truck & Travel Center and Seven Feathers Casino Resort
• Produce a fresh and top-quality product in a prompt and consistent manner, under guidelines and directives set by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace as directed by industry standards.
• Be aware of menu content and maintain excellent presentation of finished product.
• Ensure the bakery area is fully stocked to appropriate levels for projected business.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor and ensures that all of the daily tasks are carried out.
