Tag Production Associate

Description The Tag Production Associate is a pivotal role within the Production team and Operations. This position's primary responsibilities include printing Metrc RFID tags, conducting quality control checks on the tags, and preparing them for shipment to our customers. Key Responsibilities Demonstrates competency of basic and advanced printing, QC, and shipping procedures, including: Prints Metrc RFID tags on printers.Supervises printers during use for quality issues.Gathers tags from printer and stages them for QC.Checks tags for conformance to quality specifications, reworks tags as necessary, and approves finished tags for shipping.Prepares tag orders appropriately for shipment.Documents the tag provisioning process as required.Performs cleaning and maintenance on printers and workstations at scheduled intervals.Requisitions and stores materials to maintain stock.Performs other duties as needed. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to coworkers and other team members of the organization.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office and various Internet browsers (Chrome, Explorer, Firefox).
