Tactical Security Professional

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Professional. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of security experience, be 21+ years old, and possess baton, OC spray, and handcuff permits. Candidates with military or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on activity at assigned locations
• Work indoors and outdoors in variable environments
• Provide rapid response in critical situations
• Read and write detailed reports
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards
• Spot suspicious activity and react quickly to threats or incidents
• Detain and search individuals as necessary
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• Documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Five years of security experience
• Age 21+
• Baton permit
• OC spray permit
• Handcuff permit
• First aid certification (asset)
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

Wednesday - Sunday, 4:00pm - 1:00am
