Tactical Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer. The position offers a $150 security license bonus for those with a valid WI security license. The role requires a keen sense of observation, physical ability, and the ability to respond quickly to threats or incidents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Accept an extensive screening process
• Have first aid certification (asset)
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state license if required

Part-time, Wednesday and Thursday, 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
