Tactical Security Officer
Responsibilities
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Have first aid certification (asset)
- Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Have reliable transportation
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid security license or be able to obtain one
- Have exceptional computer skills
- Be able to perform all physical functions of the role
- Have prior security experience (preferred)
- Have a valid driver's license

Schedule
Schedule options include:
- 7:00am-3:00pm
- 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 11:00pm-7:00am
Schedules include the weekends. Flexible Schedule - Must have open availability, on-call, part-time to full-time workloads vary.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $22/hr (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
Employment
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
