Tactical Security Ambassador - Flex Team

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Ambassador - Flex Team position. The role requires at least five years of security experience, a valid state security license (BSIS Guard Card), and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings. Applicants must be 21+ years old, have a baton permit, OC spray permit, and handcuff permit. They must be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Work indoor and outdoor in a variable environment.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Provide detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Detain and search individuals as necessary.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• State security license (BSIS Guard Card)
• Additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings
• Documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least five years of security experience
• Willingness to commute to San Francisco & East Bay sites
