About the role

Responsible for leading agile development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Must possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile development projects from conception to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain software solutions that meet project requirements and user needs
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Manage project timelines and resources
  • Document project plans, requirements, and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)

Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and principles
  • Understanding of software architecture and system design
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
