About the role
Responsible for leading agile development projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Must possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain software solutions that meet project requirements and user needs
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Manage project timelines and resources
- Document project plans, requirements, and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Knowledge of software design patterns and principles
- Understanding of software architecture and system design
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

Pay
