About the role

Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Works closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain agile processes and tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions
  • Manage team performance and professional development
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and bug fixing
  • Work with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications
