About the role
As a Shift Manager at Taco Bell, you'll lead a team of dedicated crew members, ensuring they deliver outstanding service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the highest food safety standards. Your leadership will directly drive our success and the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dedicated crew members to ensure high-quality service and food safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
- Manage inventory and staff schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and develop team members.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items.
- Operate and maintain restaurant equipment.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $16.50 per hour - $19.00 per hour.

Shifts may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
