About the role

This role is critical for Station Casinos to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. The Floor Supervisor directly supervises the operations and conduct of assigned table games and team members, including reconciling table accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the operations and conduct of assigned table games and team members including reconciling table accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage performance of dealers to ensure that each game is dealt with a high degree of proficiency and that excellent customer service is provided to the guest.
• Observe, evaluate, and rate players objectively and accurately in accordance with departmental policies.
• Be there for your team, enabling and empowering them to perform, owning your operation or shift, and building caring and trusting relationships with your people.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (Must be at least 21 years of age).
• Knowledge and ability to supervise various games on the casino floor.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
