Responsibilities

• Oversee daily table games operations for the assigned floor area, including game protection, identification of irregularities or cheating, resolving guest concerns, and adjusting employee table assignments as needed to meet business demand.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, staffing levels, and guest experience expectations.
• Notify management of any unusual events, circumstances, missing items or alleged theft.
• Aid the Table Games Operations Manager in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, and counseling table games employees for the efficient operation of all table games operational functions for the assigned shift.
• Support the achievement of high levels of employee engagement through effective communication, recognition, coaching, training, and development.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Two years of prior relevant experience
• Two years of table games dealing experience preferred
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred

Pay

The pay range for this role is: $81,300.00 - $108,400.00. This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
