Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor (Harrah's)

Responsibilities

• Maintain game integrity and record player statistics.
• Ensure proper payouts and correct as needed.
• Complete rating cards for players.
• Initiate and verify fills to tables.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns.
• Provide complimentary items to guests as requested.
• Monitor table game activity to ensure game integrity.
• Open and close table games in assigned area, verifying count as provided by the dealer.
• Inspect card decks prior to play.
• Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts.
• Monitor bets and payouts and correct as needed.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
• Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school diploma with knowledge of game and dealing techniques.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to staff or customers and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
