Dealers are responsible for conducting and controlling the play of assigned games while delivering exceptional service and maintaining game integrity. Responsibilities Exchange chips for currency and drop currency into the drop box using the paddleEnsure all table games equipment is in proper working conditionDeal assigned games according to established procedures, including collecting and paying betsProtect the game at all times and call out required transactions to the SupervisorVerify the accuracy of all fills delivered to the table and sign for all fillsCountersign markers, place and remove marker buttons, and drop marker stubs or paid‑slip copiesMaintain constant awareness of players to ensure game protectionSpend approximately 25% of the shift on break, as scheduledMaintain availability for scheduled shiftsDeliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times Qualifications Dealer School certificate preferredThree or more months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsFamiliarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Must possess and maintain all applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or license(s) Be Part of Something Legendary If you’re ready to bring your professionalism, personality, and game‑dealing expertise to Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin, we’d be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
