Table Games Dealer (Experienced) - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Delivers great customer service by dealing all games offered by Horseshoe Baltimore in a friendly and helpful manner with an upbeat/positive attitude.
• Affords assistance in training guests not familiar with various table games products.
• Promotes table and poker games and serves guests while standing on dead games.
• Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Informs Supervisor and/or Manager of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on game.
• Safeguards casino assets. Responsible for the protection and control of the game.
• Copies games in accordance with Company policies and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Verifies and signs for Fills, Credits, Marker Issuance, and all documentation’s listed in Horseshoe Internal Controls.
• Handles guest transactions and notifies Floor Supervisor of any irregularities.
• Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.
• Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Able to maintain applicable departmental dealer efficiency metrics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Dealer School certificate preferred.
• 3+ months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
