Senior Dealer - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deal and conduct table game play
• Maintain professionalism and integrity within the game
• Ensure gaming activity adheres to all established rules and regulations
• Monitor casino gaming activity to assist in profitability, guest satisfaction, and workforce goals
• Provide customer service to guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable
• Set high expectations and encourage a fun, professional working environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six years of table games experience
• Fast and accurate cash handling skills
• Six months of experience in customer service field preferred
• Prior poker experience or successful completion of poker school required
• Pass a basic math test and audition demonstrating adequate poker skills
• Quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations for winners and losers
• Handle chips, cards, and money with good manual dexterity
• Show excellent interpersonal skills, especially in stressful situations
• Be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets.

Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.

Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues with excellent peripheral vision.

Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.

Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
