Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator function plays a critical role in protecting candidates, patients, employees, and MGB by ensuring pre-employment and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring occupational health clearances

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Experience: 2-3 years preferred in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations
  • Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
    • Prior proven ability to communicate proactively, clearly, and professionally with candidates, hiring departments, Human Resources, and other stakeholders
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and escalate issues appropriately when needed
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and technologies while understanding how business processes interact across platforms
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all required pre-employment activities are completed accurately and timely
    • Knowledge of U.S. employment authorization requirements and documentation, including familiarity with I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification processes, preferred

Hybrid Schedule

8am-4:30pm // Monday - Friday
Onsite days at Newton-Wellesley Hospital are based on business needs (1-2x/month)

A quiet, secure, compliant workspace is required for remote workdays, and will be viewed and confirmed via Microsoft Teams Video on day 1 for all remote hires
