T-Mobile Sales Representative

About the role

As a Mobile Associate or Retail Assistant Manager, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people who are the first line of contact for our customers every day. You’ll have the ability to make money daily and have fun in one of our hundreds of stores that sell T-Mobile. Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Engage with customers daily with a positive attitude
• Work in a dynamic retail environment that is part of a rapidly growing industry

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds

Pay

Average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $16 to $20 per hour. New hire bonus ramp-up structure includes a $400 payout for eligible new hires (Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions, excluding promotions).
