T-Mobile Retail Sales Representative
Starting Pay Range
The starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $12.00 - $13.00.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Six months in retail sales or related experience
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fast learner for an everyday changing environment
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality to ensure friendliness and positivity in the workplace
- Ability to deliver an outstanding store experience that promotes customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile brand
- Capable of meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the store during down times
