Responsibilities

• Create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business.
• Inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor.
• Encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs.

Pay

• Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $19.00 - $22.00.
