T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing up to date for the sales team on a daily basis.
• Maintain store facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist the Store Leader in executing sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner with the Store Manager to observe and coach employees as needed.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay

Average pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $17 to $20 per hour. New hires receive a $400 payout bonus.
