About the role
Serve as a passionate advocate for T-Mobile’s Manifesto, thoroughly orienting and grounding Mobile Associates to a standard of loving customers.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly orient and ground Mobile Associates to a standard of loving customers.
- Ensure every customer need is met and build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving problems.
- Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
- Effectively manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
- Lead by example, staying current on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices to support the team.
- Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet and/or exceed defined success measurements, completing assigned training on time.
- Maintain the quality of the store environment, adhere to national plan-o-gram standards, and use visual displays and interactive devices effectively.
- Achieve financial results based on key performance indicators, manage store expenses, and control discounting and credits.
Requirements
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lead and mentor people to achieve great results.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with teammates and customers.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED.
