Responsibilities

  • Infuse every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them.
  • Ensure every customer need is met and build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable, simple, and solving problems.
  • Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
  • Effectively manage customer wait times, stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
  • Lead by example, staying current on the latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
  • Interact with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet and/or exceed defined success measurements, complete assigned training on time.
  • Maintain the quality of the store environment, adhere to national plan-o-gram standards, and use visual displays and interactive devices effectively.
  • Achieve financial results based on key performance indicators, manage store expenses, and handle discounting and credits.

Requirements

  • 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
