T-Mobile Assistant Store Manager - Hollywood

Responsibilities

• Aid in the management of store operations.
• Be accountable for personal and store sales, and develop a high-performing, motivated team.
• Cultivate a positive environment that supports MobileOne's values.
• Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
• Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
• Stay up-to-date with rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensure sales representatives are informed about new products and sales techniques.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with T-Mobile and MobileOne guidelines.
• Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.
• Keep the store looking its best for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people, with ability to lead and coach to deliver great results.
• Customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$16.30 - $29.20 per hour (the pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus)
