About the Role

As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality, home-based healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and educating patients and their families on self-care techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications as prescribed by a physician
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Aiding in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Providing education on self-care techniques and preventive measures
• Assisting with discharge planning and coordination of care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing scores on background checks and drug screens

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
