Systems & Technology Business Process Manager - Remote
About the role
As a Systems & Technology Business Process Manager on our Enterprise Supply Chain team, you will lead the design, integration, and optimization of a digital ecosystem. This ecosystem enables procurement operations, parts distribution, and large-scale construction project delivery. You will ensure that systems, data, and technology investments improve compliance, operational excellence, cost control, safety, and predictable project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Supply Chain leadership experience.
- Operational Excellence experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise systems in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
- Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, project management, and supply chain systems.
- APICS – CPIM or Black Belt preferred.
Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
