Job Responsibilities
- Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
- Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
- Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
- Adhere to established client support documentation.
Job Qualifications
- Education/Certification Requirements: Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or obtainment of A+ and/or O365 Fundamental or equivalent on-the-job experience. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
- Experience Requirements: Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience. Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license required.
