About the role
Olympic Medical Center is located on the beautiful North Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. The area offers a variety of recreational activities including hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, and cycling. It's also close to major cities like Seattle and Victoria, BC.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Information Technology team in managing helpdesk operations and data, voice, image, and video network systems.
- Supports and maintains these systems at appropriate service levels.
- Provides technical guidance in implementing, supporting, and training IT and other OMC staff on telecommunications and network systems.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience of basic understanding of both WANs and LANs is preferred.
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience and training may be considered).

Skills
- Basic understanding of WANs and LANs.
- Technical telecommunications and network proficiency.
- Ability to provide guidance and training to IT and other OMC staff.
