About the role

Join our Core RAFT Support US team and help shape the future of global commerce. This role involves assigning and monitoring work, interfacing with external clients or employees on technical matters, providing leadership, consulting with management, and acting as an escalation point for production impacting incidents.

Responsibilities

Assigns and monitors work of team providing technical and analytical support and direction.
Interfaces with external clients or employees on technical matters as needed.
Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
Consults with management to analyze information technology needs and determine scope, objectives, and priorities of technical projects, technical systems capacity, budgeting requirements and IT acquisitions.
Escalation point of contact for production impacting incidents. Provides technical direction and escalation to other support groups as needed.

Requirements

Broad knowledge of information technology functions including information systems design and development, systems planning, programming, operations, architecture, data processing, data security, networks, systems support and analysis.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, team-building and conflict and time management skills.
Proven project management skills of multiple large and/or complex projects, i.e., projects involving many activities and deliverables or that have a major impact risk/value to the organization.
