About the role
Provide comprehensive technical support to clients, resolve complex issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported system issues
- Implement and maintain software updates and patches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality
- Document procedures and best practices for efficient support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Qualifications
- Experience with common IT tools and software
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
