Systems Support Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and maintain company systems and software applications.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve system efficiency and enhance the user experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Provide timely technical support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging training materials for system implementations, updates, and enhancements.
- Participate in meetings and workgroups to coordinate efforts, communicate updates, and stay aligned on policies, initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Support additional compliance initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems support or related functions preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to assess operational needs and communicate effective solutions to leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Experience in systems support, technical operations, or customer service environments.
- Strong understanding of systems and software relevant to business operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.

- General office equipment.
Physical Requirements / Working Environment
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a desk.
- Must be mobile enough to move around office during programs or outside events and stand for long periods of time.
- The work environment characteristics are normal office conditions.
