About the role

The Intelligent Process Automation Lab (IPAL) at HCSC is seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining automations using UiPath and Azure AI/Foundry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and enhance existing solutions
• Ensure optimal performance of automations
• Maintain adherence to defined specifications
• Serve as a technical lead to identify the most effective solution approaches within the UiPath environment
• Translate business requirements and architectural direction into scalable, high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful automation outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience
• Hands-on development experience with Intelligent Automation platforms (UiPath) and Azure AI and Foundry
• Knowledge of application configuration and system setup
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and iterative development
• Understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages - PYTHON
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOAP/REST)
• Experience with web technologies such as C# and VB.Net
• Experience with rapid prototyping and solution design

Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $102,000.00 to $184,300.00 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, New York, California, or Hawaii.
