Systems Specialist III

A key member of the Albireo team, the HVAC Field Service Technician independently achieves superior customer satisfaction and promotes customer retention by providing exceptional technical support and service for our customers' building automation and HVAC systems. Operating Independently, you will use your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades, and provide feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of our products and services. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair building automation and HVAC systems, including HVAC controls, energy management systems, and other building automation equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on systems to ensure their optimal performance and efficiencyTroubleshoot and diagnose problems with systems and equipment, and provide effective solutionsPerform repairs and replacements of defective equipment, components, or wiringCommission new systems and equipment, and ensure their proper operationCommunicate with customers to understand their needs and provide them with excellent customer serviceProvide technical support and assistance to customers as neededKeep accurate records of service calls, work performed, and materials usedStay up-to-date with new technology, equipment, and tools related to building automation systems Requirements High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in HVAC field service or related fieldStrong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical wiringPreferred Experience: Aaon, Samsung, VRF, Commercial HVACKnowledge of building automation systems and HVAC controlsFamiliarity with programming and commissioning of building automation systemsAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with systems and equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyValid driver's license Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Short Term & Long Term Disability Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays 401K with Company match Albireo Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
