Systems, Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage systems and automation for the company’s Operations at scale
• Define the long-term vision for operational efficiency and drive execution on impactful systems
• Drive AI transformation across Operations and GTM, enhancing scalability and decision infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to tackle complex business challenges
• Redefine operational workflows to be more AI-native, combining business context with systems thinking

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or Operational Excellence teams in dynamic environments
• Prominent ability to build and scale internal systems and operational tools with measurable impact
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies in automating workflows and improving efficiency
• Strong knowledge of operational tooling ecosystems including Salesforce and automation tools
• Technical fluency in systems architecture and development, including JavaScript, Python, and SQL
