What You'll Do
- Lead Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA), Preliminary System Safety Assessments (PSSA), and System Safety Assessments
- Develop and manage safety requirements derived from aircraft and system-level hazards
- Perform Common Cause Analyses including Zonal Safety Analysis (ZSA), Particular Risk Analysis (PRA), and Common Cause Analysis (CCA)
- Collaborate closely with systems engineering, suppliers, and certification teams
- Support certification activities with authorities including compliance findings, safety artifacts, and contributions to the Safety Management System (SMS)
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 10-15 years experience on Part 25 aircraft development programs
- Strong working knowledge of ARP4761, ARP4754A, and related guidance
- Proven experience performing FHA, PSSA, SSA, and CCA across multiple aircraft systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced development environment
