Systems Process Engineer (WMS AND OMS)

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports the softeon system for varying project sizes as well as current business needs in steady state.
• Works on automation projects as well.
• Covers WMS and OMS software solutions primarily as well as outlier software's that directly link to the UPS internal and external system.
• Supports day-to-day operational processes through system configuration.
• Trains teams on the system and reviews documentation for complete understanding.
• Understands system integration with SAP, internal systems, and client systems (a plus).
• Supports operations daily with issues and enhancements required to improve operational flow.
• Works with automation teams to fully understand the integration and processes associated with WMS.

Must Have Skills & Experience

• WMS Expertise: Extensive knowledge of WMS, including system configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• OMS Knowledge: Solid understanding of OMS for managing and optimizing the order fulfillment process.
• Process Optimization: Skilled in analyzing and improving warehouse and order management processes using WMS and OMS.
• Testing: Experience with different testing methodologies and tools to validate systems against user requirements.
