Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and repair CCTV systems (analog and IP), access control systems, burglar alarms, and related security equipment
- Perform system diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on indoor and outdoor equipment
- Document all installation, service, and maintenance activities
- Pull wire, terminate cabling, and complete infrastructure work as required
- Operate lifts and work safely at various heights
- Follow all customer and company safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Demands & Safety Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry an 80-lb extension ladder
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
- Ability to work at heights using man lifts, scissor lifts, and fall-protection equipment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar systems installation or service role
- Working knowledge of MS Office and general computer proficiency
- Experience with CCTV, access control, and security system technologies
- Strong understanding of networked security systems and IP-based devices
