Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in financial services
- Experience with production support with enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Incident/Change/Problem handling in accordance with ITIL
- 2+ years of Linux experience or cloud technologies
- 2+ years of experience working with database technologies (SQL or MongoDB)
- 2+ years of experience with observability and monitoring tools using splunk, appdynamics, ITRS Geneos
- 2+ years of scripting experience using Unix Shell Scripting or Python
Job Expectations
- Willingness to work hybrid and on-site at stated location on the job opening
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Participation in on-call rotations
