Systems Lead - Rail and Transit

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of company's Rail Systems teams in the Eastern US
• Build and nurture relationships with transit agencies and contractors
• Direct major rail and transit pursuits and strategic planning
• Oversee design and implementation of rail systems for projects valued over $500M
• Ensure successful delivery of rail project scope within budget and schedule
• Coordinate engineering resources across various offices for project efficiency
• Mentor emerging leaders and support long-term growth of the Rail Systems practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer
• 15+ years of relevant experience in rail systems
• 4+ years in a managerial position
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on major transit projects
• Expertise in traction power, signaling, or communications systems
• Strong ability in developing winning project proposals and client relationships

Pay

$176,900 – $332,400 annually
