Technical Lead - Transit
About the role
You will lead high-impact transit infrastructure projects. You will also guide teams through corridor, station, and support-facility design, ensuring buildable PS&E packages and coordination with public agency clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead transit infrastructure design projects, including corridor improvements, stations, and support facilities.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams through planning, PS&E development, and complex urban right-of-way constraints.
- Provide rigorous quality assurance across models, drawings, and reports to ensure compliance with state and federal transit design standards.
- Collaborate closely with public agency clients, consultants, and local partners to develop strong technical solutions and responsive RFP submissions.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, offer technical expertise in accessibility and transit operations, and mentor junior staff as they advance their Civil 3D capabilities and project delivery skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed PE.
- 7+ years of experience.
