About the role

Senior systems integration role focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM), digital access-control policy, data governance, and Zero Trust. The person will translate legal, security, and governance requirements into practical technical workflows that enforce least-privilege access.

Responsibilities

• Convert digital policies and governance requirements into technical processes and solutions.
• Work with mission partners and data stewards to turn policy needs into implementable IAM requirements.
• Support Just-In-Time (JIT) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC).
• Use AI/data techniques for policy enforcement, anomaly detection, and workflow optimization.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and reports tracking policy performance and compliance.
• Advise stakeholders on improving access-control and governance processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of IAM/IdAM experience
• Strong knowledge of ICAM, authentication, authorization, and attribute architectures
• Experience with data governance, compliance, or metadata management
• Strong analytical/critical-thinking and communication skills
• TS/SCI + polygraph

Preferred Skills

• Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or similar governance/metadata platforms
• MFA and Zero Trust policy experience
• Automation pipelines and/or AI-enabled governance tools
• Policy, governance, or compliance background
• Sponsor ICAM services experience
