Systems Integrator

About the Role

Leidos is seeking a detail‑oriented Systems Integrator specializing in the lifecycle management of Digital Access Control Policies. The role requires deep expertise in translating legal and security mandates into actionable technical workflows within IAM ecosystems, streamlining attribute‑based access controls (ABAC) and dynamic policy engines, and auditing certified data repositories to support “least‑privileged” environments that satisfy rigorous internal audits and external regulatory frameworks. The Systems Integrator will synthesize process and work to implement innovative ways to strengthen compliance while optimizing access‑control policy use.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate existing digital policies and governance actions into operational processes aligned to existing technical solutions, providing clear recommendations internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Mission Partners, Data Stewards, and Steward Representatives to interpret digital policy requests and convert them into high‑level, implementable requirements using existing tools and platforms.
• Guide service teams in digital policy oversight, helping to implement Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access policies to data objects that grant proper access only when a specific, pre‑approved condition is met.
• Apply AI techniques for data and policy components, aiding in operationalizing current solutions and workflows (e.g., anomaly detection, policy application).
• Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track governance, policy performance, and compliance.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• B.S. degree in STEM or related field and 12+ years of relevant experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM); additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Knowledge of IAM/ICAM delivery systems, authentication, authorizations, and attribute architectures.
• Familiarity with data and governance principles, compliance, and metadata management.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to balance technical solutions with policy and compliance needs.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical insights to policy and mission partners.

Desired Skills

• Experience with governance and metadata platforms (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
• Awareness of Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) policy and contribution to Zero‑Trust security policies.
• Hands‑on experience in automation pipelines or AI‑enabled data governance tools.
• Background working in policy, governance, and/or compliance environments.
• Familiarity with Sponsor ICAM services.

Pay

Pay Range: $131,300.00 – $237,350.00 (general guideline; actual compensation may vary based on responsibilities, education, experience, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements).
