About the role

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Front Office Systems Integrator supporting an exciting program based in Tyson's Corner, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Track and respond to corporate actions by monitoring actions via a corporate action tracking tool.
• Analyze the potential impact of corporate actions on the organization and make recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement response plans.
• Support office‑level communication by compiling a weekly report, developing and publishing a monthly newsletter, assisting with strategic communication initiatives, and producing ad‑hoc office communications.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure alignment and achievement of organizational goals.
• Provide general administrative support, including special projects and tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
• Experience working in the front office.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at the executive level.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other relevant software applications.

Pay

Target salary range: $160,001 – $200,000 (typical range based on experience and other factors).
