About the Role
Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis (JITTC-N), Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), NV. The successful candidate will develop and oversee test plans to integrate new simulations, requiring expertise in Linux, Linux Red Hat, and software integration.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluations.
- Conduct systems integration and testing of existing simulators and analyze device performance trends on the JTB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Utilize expertise in software integration, including Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), Grid computing, and High-Level Architecture (HLA).
- Run test scripts, test cases, and test data to support integration testing.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and procedures, maintaining system integrity.
- Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Linux and Linux Red Hat.
- Experience with software integration, including Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), Grid computing, and High-Level Architecture (HLA).

For Washington state applicants only: Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) and receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $104,900.00 - $194,700.00. The salary offered considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations.
